This office purchases real property at the direction of the Tribal Council; manages land and properties not assigned to specific programs, including commercial and revenue producing property; and applies to the Department of Interior to place tribally and individually owned fee property into trust.
We track and maintain the Tribe’s inventory list of real estate property owned by the Tribe and assigned to various departments. We also provide advisory services to other departments regarding the acquisition, use, and management of real property.
